Contribute to the execution of integrated communication campaigns by developing, coordinating, and optimizing MarCom initiatives in line with the defined strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Preparation

Translate briefings into concrete campaign approaches
- Provide tactical recommendations (channels, formats, timing)

Contribute to the MarCom plan (without final ownership)
2. Campaign Execution & Coordination

Coordinate campaigns end-to-end within own scope
- Lead internal experts (content, media, digital)
- Align with Brand (consistency) and Digital (implementation)
- Monitor planning, deliverables, and quality
3. Content & Activation

Develop and implement content in line with campaigns
- Support activations (events, launches, campaigns)
- Ensure correct application of brand guidelines
4. Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversion)

Analyze results and propose optimizations

Contribute to reporting (without ownership of group-level dashboards)
5. Stakeholder Support

Advise internal clients (BUs, project managers)
