At Bnode, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Solutions team and lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives around our BBOX platform.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects end-to-end: from structuring through to final delivery.
You will work on business-driven projects, often cross-functional, involving multiple products, teams, and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and roadmap

Clearly define project scope and constraints
- Align stakeholders on objectives and expected deliverables
- Define success criteria and tracking KPIs
- Manage scope changes (change management)
Structure business needs and prioritize deliverables

Consolidate requirements from various stakeholders
- Analyze and challenge requests
- Prioritize based on business value and project constraints
- Build a clear view of releases and dependencies
Build and manage planning, milestones, and releases

Define both high-level and detailed project plans
- Identify key milestones and control points
- Track progress and adjust planning when needed
- Ensure alignment between scope, planning, and resources
Coordinate teams and ensure operational follow-up

Orchestrate business and IT contributors
- Track actions and dependencies
- Remove blockers and facilitate decision-making
- Ensure smooth execution across teams
Manage risks, dependencies, and project KPIs

Identify and anticipate project risks
- Implement mitigation plans
- Track project performance indicators
- Escalate critical issues when necessary
Ensure deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met
