Je vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen van Aluvision naar een sterk en toekomstgericht marketingplan. Je bewaakt de consistente positionering en uitstraling van het merk over alle kanalen heen. Je neemt de lead in nationale en internationale campagnes, events en beurzen. Je analyseert resultaten en KPI’s en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties. Je beheert het marketingbudget en zorgt voor een rendabele inzet van middelen. Je onderhoudt relaties met externe partners en leveranciers. Waar nodig neem je zelf operationele taken op en werk je actief mee aan campagnes en projecten. Jouw profiel Bachelor of Master in marketing, communicatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een brede marketingfunctie, waarvan bij voorkeur enkele jaren in een leidinggevende rol. Je combineert een sterk strategisch denkvermogen met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je bent minder gericht op puur uitvoerend werk, maar blijft graag betrokken bij de concrete realisatie. Je bent een echte people manager en hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team. Je weet mensen te coachen, inspireren en verantwoordelijkheid te geven. Je bent ondernemend, neemt initiatief en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
