Internal sales support (full-time)

Your role

As an energetic and motivated Internal Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and managing customer relationships, ensuring flawless execution of sales processes. If your heart is in business development and communications, we would love to hear from you!

Main responsibilities

Customer interaction: Actively handle incoming enquiries and proactively contact potential customers.
Sales support: Assist in preparing quotes and developing presentations that resonate.
Database and metrics management: Manage customer data and analyse sales metrics to ideantify trends.
Order processing: Support the administrative process of order processing.
Content creation and campaigns: Create content for various marketing campaigns.
Customer feedback and relationship management: Actively gather feedback and maintain key relationships.

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and technology.
Experience in an internal sales or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Team player with a customer-oriented attitude and a proactive approach.
Language skills: Dutch – very good, English – very good
