- You manage and monitor employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
- You coordinate interactions with internal and external partners (payroll service, insurance providers, vendors, etc.) to ensure that processes run smoothly.
- You implement and apply control procedures and tools to ensure data reliability and legal compliance.
- You prepare and manage the administrative tracking of personnel files throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are kept up to date and that legal and internal obligations are met.
- You produce and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
- You monitor regulatory obligations, particularly regarding medical examinations, resignations, terminations, and personal data protection.
- You manage and track files with official agencies (ONEM, health insurance funds, government agencies, etc.), particularly regarding time credits, special leave, and other social programs, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines.
- You ensure the protection of employees’ personal data and compliance with confidentiality rules.
- You contribute to HR projects and provide operational expertise in administrative and payroll management.
- You provide support to employees by answering their questions about payroll, benefits, and administrative matters.
- You actively monitor changes in labor laws, payroll requirements, and HR best practices.
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Labor Sciences/Human Resources Management.
- You have 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are organized, methodical and precise.
- You are autonomous, rigorous and demonstrate integrity in your work.
- You are at ease in relationships, are a team player and take the initiative.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are discreet and attentive to confidentiality.
- You are familiar with MS Office.
