The Payroll Specialist II is an experienced payroll professional responsible for complex payroll operations, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple countries. This role acts as a technical expert, participating in audits and controls, and supporting payroll initiatives. The role will report to Payroll Manager.
- Qualifications: Payroll experience with multi country complexity.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and controls.
- Very good command of Belgian payroll is requested, any knowledge with UK/Germany/France payroll will be an asset
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and auditing skills.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and lead initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Adaptable and flexible towards change, innovation, and responsibilities
- Able to work in a fast changing environment
- High proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS, and Excel or analytical tools.
Proficiency in English (Dutch/French will be assets)
