Tesla is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team in the West. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning, and attention to detail, you will directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience by supporting employees with payroll processes and data management. Our Payroll team is an integral function that provides support to our employee population in BeNeLux and France. What You'll Do-
Responsible for all key payroll processes such as preparing input for the payroll vendor against tight deadlines and processing advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments.

Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to explain and resolve queries and concerns.

Track and resolve escalations from employees and stakeholders to ensure that issues are addressed with accuracy and speed.

Participate in audits and checks on payroll data to ensure ongoing accuracy and processing diligence.

Contribute to payroll projects where required.

Run, develop, and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Seek to improve payroll processes, including maintaining current work instructions and FAQs to support employees to self-serve.

Handle more complex payroll tasks and provide advanced guidance and problem-solving.

Participate in small projects linked to daily tasks to improve payroll operations and employee experience.
What You'll Bring-
Experience in payroll input preparation, HR processes, and systems.

Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus.

Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment against deadlines.

Proven skill at handling complex issues and interfacing with all levels of the business courteously and professionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

English language skills, both written and spoken.

Good understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for various jurisdictions.
