As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for our first Operations & Projects Lead to bring structure, ownership, and operational excellence across the company. You'll be responsible for the systems, processes, projects, and day-to-day operations that keep Aikido running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate IT Operations, Office Management, and Hospitality.

Drive operational projects from idea to execution.

Support company-wide initiatives such as migrations, system implementations, office expansions, and process improvements.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks, then solve them proactively.

Work closely with leadership to implement organizational changes and scaling initiatives.

Manage external vendors and operational partners.

Ensure employees have an exceptional workplace experience, whether in-office or remote.

Experience leading operations, business operations, workplace operations, project management, or similar functions.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Hands-on mindset. You enjoy both strategic thinking and execution.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
