We are now hiring for a leading Inside Sales employee to be added to in our Belgium office in Gent.
The Inside Sales Teamleader is a working foreman that guides and support the team next to do their owm sales job. The Belgium Inside Sales Team excist out of 3 members including yourself. You will report, as your insides sales collegues will do, to the Inside Sales Manager based in Eindhoven - Netherlands.
Our customers are a good mix of OEM’s and CEM’s based in Benelux. Working closely with our internal and external sales teams you will be expected to help us maintaining and growing our customer accounts, building long-term relationships.
The Team Lead analyses the performance on quality targets, cost efficiency and oversees and directs daily workflow with the Team.
- Supporting and guiding the further development of the Belgium Inside Sales Team
- Sells products and services offered by TTI. This includes product lines, Advanced Inventory Management Programs, quality, and value-added services. The sale is attained by building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to meet the customers’ needs. This is measured through monthly sales reporting, quality objectives and regular performance reviews.
- Provides price and delivery quotes within customer timeline to customers within assigned geographic territory by working with the branch or corporate product manager and the manufacturers to get the most competitive pricing by using all tool available.
- Expands product knowledge by utilising all resources including product literature, factory representatives, product managers, sales managers, and other sales representatives to be able to discuss product options with customers and sell TTI strengths
- Processes the customer’s order and checks neccesary quote support and delivery schedules.
- Eye for detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.
- Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales procedure, following logical and systematic approaches.
- Where required participates and attends sales calls with Outside Sales / Field Sales Representatives to develop sales relationship and trust with the customer and TTI.
- minimum 3 years of work experience as Inside Sales or in a related position in the electronic componentindustry

- Skilled in reading reports and correspondence proficiently and professionally
- Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience within the electronic component industry
- Fluent in Dutch and French and good in English
- Experienced in MS Office applications
