LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Learning Experience and Innovation Manager to join our Open Executive Education team. You combine people leadership with portfolio innovation and ensure every participant enjoys an outstanding learning experience. Here’s what you need to know!
Your mission
- Carry the responsibility for the programme portfolios of your team from a design, delivery and innovation perspective.
- Coach a team of 4 learning experience managers and support them in their professional development and wellbeing.
- Drive the quality and impact of our programmes by owning the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Learning Impact Indicator (LII), two key performance indicators that reflect the value we create for our participants. Manage customer journey from onboarding to delivery and follow-up (incl. learning impact post programme, and partners where relevant).
- Lead by example in the facilitation of our programmes.
- Conduct intake interviews with potential participants of our flagship General Management programmes.
- Drive the commercial success of the programme portfolio by contributing to programme sales of new programmes and identifying cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.
- Capture and share customer insights for new sales opportunities and foster ambassadorship.
- Actively build a strong network with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay on top of the trends in the field of L&D and in the knowledge domains of your portfolio, and and translate these into innovative programme concepts.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to continuously improve the portfolio – incl. working with faculty on (re)design.
- Coordinate and facilitate 20 days of open executive education programmes each year.
- You report to the Business Unit Manager of the Open Executive Education programmes.
You
- Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent through work experience.
- Have a minimum of ca. 7 years of work experience, preferably in the L&D sector.
- Are motivated to coach, support and grow a team of 4-5 people.
- Possess excellent networking and organizational skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
- Are passionate about creating outstanding customer journeys and maximising the impact for both participants and organisations.
- Get energized from going the extra mile for customers and are a star at solving problems with a smile. Enjoy facilitating learning journeys and trainings for customers.
- Are structured, analytical person who enjoys improving processes in day-to-day operations as well as in product and process innovation.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and innovation and new business development run in your veins.
- Have an excellent written & oral knowledge of English and Dutch.
- Are open to working on our three campuses (Leuven, Ghent & Brussels) in combination with your home office.
- Are happy to take part in occasional evening activities and attend events outside of the working hours.
