Your role

Are you an organizational talent who enjoys combining various administrative tasks? Als administratief medewerker ben je onderdeel van het Finance- & Admin team en rapporteer je in eerste lijn aan de Teamleader Admin. Je zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van correspondentie, contracten en financiële administratie. Je bewaart het overzicht, schakelt vlot met verschillende partijen en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt. Je werkt dagelijks met financiële en contractuele data, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en cijfermatig inzicht cruciaal zijn. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het optimaliseren en automatiseren van administratieve processen.

Your Responsibilities:

Communications

Management of Finance mailbox and telephone inquiries regarding billing and contract administration
Close collaboration with operational and commercial teams for smooth information flow
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of communications within your domain

Contract management – and processing

Review and accurately process contracts and related documents
Follow up on deadlines and contract extensions
Assist in drafting and modifying contracts
Correct administrative processing according to internal procedures
Critically validate contractual data with an eye for detail and numerical accuracy
Proactively detect and correct errors or inconsistencies

Financial and general administration

Ownership over the billing process and monitoring its quality and accuracy.
Customer-oriented follow-up on billing inquiries
Accurate processing of data in systems
Analyze billing streams and identify discrepancies.
Actively contribute to efficiency and optimization of administrative processes
Participate in digitization and process improvement.

Your Profile

Experience and training

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
Experience in an SME environment or a role with broad responsibilities (e.g. responsibility over entire files or processes)
Experience with billing processes, accounting administration or financial tracking is a strong asset
Experience analyzing data or working with reporting (e.g. Excel) is a plus
Experience with CRM or ERP systems and automation tools is an added advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office and fluent in learning new software

Languages

You have an excellent command of Dutch (oral and written).
You have a good basic knowledge of French and English and you dare to apply this in practice.

Practical

You will take (part of) your training in Kortrijk.
