Als administratief medewerker ben je onderdeel van het Finance- & Admin team en rapporteer je in eerste lijn aan de Teamleader Admin. Je zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van correspondentie, contracten en financiële administratie. Je bewaart het overzicht, schakelt vlot met verschillende partijen en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt. Je werkt dagelijks met financiële en contractuele data, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en cijfermatig inzicht cruciaal zijn. Management of Finance mailbox and telephone inquiries regarding billing and contract administration

Contract management – and processing

Review and accurately process contracts and related documents

Follow up on deadlines and contract extensions

Assist in drafting and modifying contracts

Experience and training

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience (3-5 years)

Experience in an SME environment or a role with broad responsibilities (e.g. responsibility over entire files or processes)

Experience with billing processes, accounting administration or financial tracking is a strong asset

Experience analyzing data or working with reporting (e.g. Excel) is a plus

Experience with CRM or ERP systems and automation tools is an added advantage

Good knowledge of MS Office and fluent in learning new software
Languages

You have an excellent command of Dutch (oral and written).
