European Corporate Affairs Lead
About the role
You will work across science, policy, and society, helping shape a supportive environment for patients across Europe. In a changing healthcare landscape, you will translate policy developments into practical actions that support access, sustainability, and innovation. You will support effective engagement with external stakeholders, ensuring patient needs and scientific progress guide decisions. This role connects human understanding with scientific expertise to create lasting value for society.
Who you will work with
You will join a collaborative and supportive European community, working closely with colleagues across policy, medical, access, sustainability, and legal areas. Together, you will build alignment between regional and global perspectives while supporting local teams. You will also engage with policymakers, healthcare systems, and industry networks, building trusted relationships that encourage open dialogue and shared solutions for patients across Europe.

Interested?
For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Advanced degree in policy, political science, economics, or a related discipline

Extensive experience in corporate affairs or public policy, ideally within biopharma

Strong understanding of European policymaking and healthcare systems (EU & National)

Experience with sustainability/ESG and societal impact initiatives

Ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments

Clear communication with diverse audiences and build trusted relationships
