Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support our commercial activities and ensure that quotations, customer information, and internal systems are managed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and contribute to the successful follow-up of commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up on customer quotations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Support the Sales Manager with scheduling customer meetings and appointments.

Manage and maintain customer data in internal systems, including Salesforce, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.

Monitor ongoing commercial activities and customer files and report progress to your department manager.

Participate in and support marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns.

Contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of commercial processes while ensuring excellent customer support.

What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's thinking & working ability

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial role within customs, logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade,

Strong IT skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems and software applications.

Customer-focused, commercially minded, and an effective communicator.

Able to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.

Accurate, well-organized, stress-resistant, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
