Your role:
Are you detail-oriented, well-organized, and interested in logistics processes? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to manage the entire administrative process for shipping and receiving goods. You will ensure timely deliveries while monitoring compliance with customs regulations.
Your responsibilities:
Administrative support for goods movement:
- Prepare shipping and receiving documents (such as Air Waybills and pro forma invoices).
- Create and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders in the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in IT systems.
Transport coordination:
- Schedule and monitor all transport bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Customs compliance:
- Verify and ensure adherence to applicable customs laws and regulations.
- Review documents for inbound and outbound shipments.
Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports on imports and exports.
Your Impact:
- Serve as the first point of contact for daily transport-related queries.
- Ensure timely and complete administrative handling of shipments and related reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation for customs and compliance purposes.
