We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who can build our narrative and the team that brings it to life. You’ll sit at the crossroads of brand building and demand generation: crafting a compelling story, then leading the people, campaigns, and strategies that make it resonate. You’ll own the full marketing scope—brand positioning, digital growth, content, flagship events, and website. You won’t go it alone: you’ll build and lead a lean team of domain experts, setting direction, raising the bar, and staying hands-on where it matters most.
As a leadership team member, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Product to influence Warren’s perception—first in Belgium, then abroad. No two weeks are the same. You’ll make Warren top-of-mind in the category we’re building.
1. Brand & Messaging
Define and evolve Warren’s market positioning and messaging across every channel
Own our tone of voice, ensuring consistent communication across marketing, sales, and product
Direct teams and partners to sharpen and refine the brand
Balance regulatory credibility with bold, modern positioning, working closely with the COO
2. Online Growth & Lead Generation
Own digital strategy and targets: paid social, paid search, content, ABM, and retargeting
Deliver inbound pipeline targets and report on key metrics (qualified meetings, pipeline value, search growth)
Identify where to invest, when to double down, and when to pivot
Support Customer Success in advocacy and referral programs that drive new leads
3. Content Leadership
Lead Warren’s content engine across formats and channels: thought leadership, website, social, email, sales enablement
Build a steady publishing rhythm to amplify brand search and fuel demand
Turn complex topics around pensions and financial wellbeing into clear, credible, and engaging stories
Set the standard for quality and voice, leading all content production
4. Events & Community
Shape strategy for Warren’s future events
Ensure all events contribute directly to the pipeline: program design, speaker selection, sales integration, and follow-ups
Lead end-to-end event production and logistics
6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
Strategic generalist: you understand every marketing domain (brand, content, performance, events, web) and know when to dive in
Team builder: you enjoy hiring, coaching, and supercharging a lean team
Proficient in leveraging AI for content, research, and operations—helping your small team perform like a large one
See brand and performance as two sides of the same coin
Data-driven: you set KPIs, monitor progress, and adapt quickly
Fast-moving, able to ruthlessly prioritize in partnership with Sales and Product
Strong communicator: clear, credible, and skilled at simplifying complex ideas
Fluent in English; Dutch (and ideally French) a plus
Comfortable navigating a regulated environment
Motivated to scale from Belgium to international markets
