Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team and to help develop our business in the Belgium market!
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the engine behind our Belgian pipeline: finding the right companies, sparking the right conversations, and generating the Sales Qualified Leads that fuel our Belgian growth. You'll do that shoulder to shoulder with our Account Executives and Account Managers, who will bring you into the full commercial process from day one.
You won't just be booking meetings. You'll learn the full CM.com Engage proposition from the inside, sit in on client conversations, join demos, and get hands-on with HALO, our Customer Data Platform, Marketing platform, and Customer Service platform. You'll see how deals are built, how objections are handled, and how complex technology gets turned into a story a client actually wants to hear. By the time your first year is done, you'll know exactly how AI is changing the way businesses talk to their customers, and you'll have helped make it happen.

Take ownership of your prospecting and outreach. You'll identify the right companies, run your own outreach, qualify leads, and build a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads that the team can act on.

Work closely with the Belgian sales team and have a buddy to guide you. You'll join client conversations, sit in on demos, and see how deals actually come together.

Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling. You'll use tools like Claude Cowork to prospect smarter, structure your outreach, and continuously sharpen your approach.

Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn't work. What resonates with Belgian prospects? You'll find out, and feed that back into the team.

Help shape how this role will look a year from now. The Belgian market is still taking shape for CM.com, and your energy and ideas will contribute to how we build it.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar field of work.

Gained some experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting.

A self-starting and team player mentality

Worked with CRM tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is an absolute plus!.
