General Summary of the Role
The Senior Manager – Process & Technology Finance (D365) is accountable for the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and governance of Finance solutions within the global OneERP program. Operating at the intersection of solution architecture, delivery leadership, and business transformation, this role ensures Finance capabilities are designed correctly and deployed successfully across multiple regions and entities.
The position owns the Finance solution roadmap, delivery quality, and adoption, while leading cross‑functional teams and acting as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders. This is a highly visible, global role requiring leadership, decisiveness, and the ability to manage complexity at scale.
What your role will be?
Reporting to the Director Process & Technology you will:

Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Finance within the D365 program, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence across multiple deployments

Lead the global Finance solution design, defining and governing the global template while balancing standardisation and localisation

Establish and enforce delivery governance, including PMO standards, risk management, tracking, and reporting across all project phases

Lead and develop onshore and offshore functional teams, acting as escalation point for complex functional and delivery challenges

Engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into system and process design and challenging decisions when required

Drive cross‑functional integration, embedding Finance across end‑to‑end processes including OTC, PTP, ITD, and Supply Chain

Support post‑go‑live stability and continuous improvement, overseeing hypercare, backlog prioritisation, and enhancement roadmaps
What will you bring to Ansell?
Experience & Background
-
Strong professional experience gained close to Finance operations and enterprise systems, ideally within a global, multi‑entity environment

Proven experience leading large‑scale D365 Finance implementations, including parallel rollouts and complex dependencies

Track record of translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, sustainable ERP solutions
-
Experience managing multi‑stream initiatives with significant budgets and global impact
Functional & Technical Expertise
-
Expert knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance, including:
-
General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting
-
Financial organisational design, inventory accounting, product costing, intercompany processing, FX handling
-
Tax configuration including native D365 tax engine and ISVs (e.g. Avalara)
-
Cost accounting, budgeting, profitability analysis, rebates and chargebacks
-
Experience integrating Finance with upstream and downstream processes (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial)

Exposure to financial ISVs such as Floqast, banking integrations,
Exflow OCR tooling, and workflow approvals -
Participating in various AI initiatives to further enhance productivity,
such as Reconciliation Agent, Expense management Agent and other
Leadership & Competencies

Strong leadership capability with experience managing global, distributed teams

Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive‑level presentations and decision papers

Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset

High curiosity, ability to inspire others, and a strong customer and value‑driven orientation
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

PMP / PgMP preferred (or willingness to obtain)

MBA, APICS, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus

Fluent English required
