Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly:our network, our partners, ourselves.
If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.
Your mission is to coordinate the rollout of EV charging stations projects within the time and budget framework. You will manage several projects simultaneously and, together with partners, implement the project according to a variety of criteria such as budget, resources, risks, and milestones.
Each project involves several stakeholders, whom you will coordinate to ensure the successful completion of the project. These include the partner (owner of the property where the station is to be installed), electricity grid operators (Ores, Fluvius, Resa, Sibelga, etc.), engineering firms, installation partners, local authorities, etc.
Your role will be dynamic, with a multitude of functions, primarily divided into two strategic areas:
- Installations
- You will coordinate the rollout of EV charging stations across multiple sites.
- Management of installation partners: daily monitoring of our multiple projects with our installers, and identification and resolution of bottlenecks in our installation chain.
- Mobilization of internal and external resources (installation partners, service providers, suppliers, Ores, Fluvius, Sibelga, Power Dot technicians) adequate to deploy our stations as quickly as possible while ensuring quality, safety and attractiveness
- Coordination of the delivery of the charging stations
- You may be required to travel to perform technical visits or commissioning
- Streamlining internal processes to cut deployment timelines and project expenditures.
- Operations
- Follow up on the operation of the charging stations in service to build a strong relationship with our key partners
- Business up-selling to get additional sites signed within a major account
- Follow-up of the files before signature: direct relationship with the Sales team to carry out technical visits on site, interviews, and implementation plans.
We're seeking a driven, organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves taking ownership from day one. At this stage, we prioritize attitude over aptitude, we are looking for a mindset, not just a resume.
Who you are (The must-haves):
- A Doer: You bring a strong "can-do" attitude and high intrinsic motivation.
- A Pragmatic Problem-Solver: You focus on execution and practical solutions. With a sharp commercial sense, you aren't easily deterred by a "no" and will find creative ways to convince your counterparts to achieve the best outcome.
- Highly Organized: You can navigate fast-paced environments without breaking a sweat.
- Accountable & Result-Driven: You naturally take full ownership of your projects and focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
- An Excellent Communicator: You easily connect with others, share ideas clearly, and align stakeholders.
- Autonomous: You take initiative and are comfortable making decisions quickly when needed.
Your background (The nice-to-haves, but absolutely non-mandatory):
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring 0 to 3 years of experience in project delivery or operational coordination, ideally within a fast-growing startup.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with a very good command of the other language, alongside a solid working knowledge of English.
- You are passionate about sustainable mobility and eager to conquer a growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Prior experience in EV or energy is a plus; if not, we'll help you ramp up quickly!
- We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
- You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
- You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
- You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended - ).
- You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
- Private health insurance coverage
- Gym membership to help you stay active
- Flexible working hours: you own your time
- Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (this year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)
- Regular team-building events with your local teammates
- English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
- Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
- ️Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
