But our Antwerp location is more than just YUST. Two years ago, we launched our standalone restaurant brand: eppo. We are looking for a Marketing Manager for YUST Antwerp & eppo who seamlessly navigates both worlds. One moment you are strategising a YUST rooftop collaboration with the Events Manager, the next you are shooting engaging content for eppo's new menu with the Chef and Restaurant Manager. You are the local driving force ensuring both brands make a massive impact in the city.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
As the Marketing Manager, you act as the catalyst that brings our location to life for the outside world. While our operational teams are the beating heart of YUST, your job is to amplify their hard work, acting as the local voice for YUST Antwerp whilst simultaneously owning the marketing execution for the eppo brand.
You are the central point of contact for all local marketing. On a daily basis, you act as a dedicated partner to the operations team, listening closely to the General Manager and Heads of Department to drive commercial success. You are deeply embedded in the location, actively joining weekly meetings to translate the team's needs into impactful campaigns. Alongside this tight local integration, you report to and collaborate with the YUST Group's Head of Marketing, to ensure your output aligns with our overarching brand strategy.
You instinctively know what the city craves, you have a solid network, and you embody the strong spirit of our brands. We provide the brand framework; you build the local empire.
- Local Campaign Execution: Translate our overarching brand strategy into local, content, collaborations and launch campaigns that make impact for both YUST and eppo.
- Content Production: Strategy is great, but execution is everything. You own the content output. From shooting social footage on the floor to writing sharp, on-brand copy, you are completely hands-on in telling our story. For larger productions, you confidently brief and direct external creative freelancers, such as photographers or videographers.
- Connecting the dots: Develop relevant partnerships and activations. You know exactly which local brands, tastemakers, and creatives align with YUST and eppo, and you bring them in.
- Drive brand & business: Collaborate daily with the operational teams (Food, Events, Sales, Operations) to create initiatives that elevate our brand image, boost revenue, and pack our venues with the right crowd.
- Brand Alignment: Provide strategic advice locally whilst ensuring all your initiatives perfectly match the broader marketing strategy.
- Budget & Campaign Management: Handle the local marketing budgets and rollout local campaigns from A to Z across earned, owned, and organic channels.
- Mid-level Professional: Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong background in hospitality, lifestyle, or culture. You are ready to step up and take ownership.
- Plugged in: You know what's going on in Antwerp and have a relevant network in the scene.
- Content Creator at heart: You know your way around a camera, smartphone, and editing tools. Producing engaging, high-quality social media content (Reels, TikToks, photography) is second nature to you.
- Strategic & Hands-on: You execute flawlessly. You can map out a local partnership in the morning, and shoot the promo material for it in the afternoon.
- Agile & Adaptive: You know how to perfectly balance the daily commercial targets of the General Manager and the HoD’s with the overarching brand strategy of the Group Head of Marketing.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- Culture fit: Most importantly you’re a fun, sociable, all-round bon vivant and have a genuine passion for everything YUST and eppo stand for.
