How you make it count?
As an HR Business Partner, you act as the dedicated HR point of contact for Audit & Risk Advisory (RAS). Your scope is focused on the HR domains that matter most including growth & feedback culture, retention, talent development, continuous listening, wellbeing, … together with your HR colleagues.
You combine a good understanding of the business with strong HR expertise. You work closely with leadership, people managers and colleagues across different levels of the organisation, ensuring that HR support is visible, relevant and actionable.
Some responsibilities we trust you with:

Acting as a sparring partner for leadership and people managers on people, team and organisational topics

Translating business priorities within Audit & RAS into concrete HR actions and follow-up

Advising and coaching on Performance management, Career development and Team dynamics and culture

Supporting both strategic HR initiatives and recurring processes with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, with a first-time right mindset

Proactively identifying HR challenges and turning them into solutions

Driving initiatives around:

Workforce & succession planning
-
Engagement & retention
-
Leadership development
-
Using HR data, feedback and business insights to guide decision-making

Collaborating with internal experts such as Reward, Recruitment, Learning, HR operations and HRIS

Contributing to employer branding initiatives together with Marketing
In short: you don’t just design HR plans, you make them happen.
What do you bring to the table?:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HR, including a first experience as HR Business Partner or in a similar advisory HR Role

You have strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and a solid understanding of core HR processes and operational HR topics, including employee lifecycle management, performance, development, absenteeism and long-term illness

You understand how business works and can translate strategy into pragmatic actions

You take initiative and proactively identify opportunities or issues autonomously

You combine a pragmatic mindset with strong analytical thinking

You feel comfortable to coach, challenge and advise stakeholders at different levels, from leadership to people managers and teams

You fluently speak Dutch, French and English

You have the flexibility and willingness to be visible across the different BDO offices.
