To support our day-to-day operations and strengthen our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Cost Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual closings.
- Responsible for all entities within the group.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and performing KPI analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
- Translate figures into clear, actionable insights and propose improvements.
- Perform reconciliations and periodic financial controls.
- Contribute to the budgeting process, update forecasts, and support various departments with their financial questions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and contribute to optimal reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, support business cases, and contribute to EU projects focused on optimization and automation within controlling.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in accounting or a related field, with several years of relevant experience in audit or controlling.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; accurate and structured way of working.
- Dynamic mindset.
- Assertive and effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience with budgeting or forecasting and an affinity with process optimization within finance.
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
