We are a leading company in plastic recycling in Europe. In our brand-new factory, we sort, recycle, and process plastics into high-quality secondary raw materials. Together with your fellow operators, you contribute to an efficient production process with a high quality standard.
What will you do?
As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs optimally. You work closely with your colleagues, monitor quality, and ensure a safe working environment.
Your tasks include:

Setting up and operating production machines to achieve optimal production

Monitoring the production process and the quality of end products and making adjustments where necessary

Resolving minor technical malfunctions or supporting the technical service

Performing preventive maintenance on machines and the working environment

Completing production lists and other production administration

Ensuring order and cleanliness on the shop floor, in the machine park, and on the outdoor premises (good housekeeping)

Safely operating the forklift and other production equipment
What do you bring?

Technical experience or a strong affinity with technology
-
Experience in a production environment, preferably in plastic recycling
-
Forklift certificate and driving experience

Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system

Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written
