Morssinkhof – Rymoplast processes sorted plastic films in Lommel into high-quality secondary raw materials. For our recycling plant, we are looking for new colleagues who want to help us build the future.
What will you do?
As an operator, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the production process.
We expect the following from you:

Independently setting up production machines for optimal output

Monitoring the production process and the quality of finished products, and intervening in case of deviations

Resolving minor technical issues or supporting the supervisor and technical team with more complex interventions

Ensuring safety in and around machines and installations

Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
Who are we looking for?
You have technical insight; experience with extrusion is a plus
You speak Dutch or English well
You have technical insight; experience with extrusion is a plus
You have forklift experience

You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety
You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system (early/late)

Where will you work?
You will work at our Rymoplast site in Lommel. Rymoplast Lommel is part of the Morssinkhof – Rymoplast Group and is a leading player in plastic recycling in Europe. Approximately 90 employees work at the Lommel site.
