Your Impact:

Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets and promoting Dior’s brand image.

This role is crucial in building strong client relationships, driving sell-out performance, and ensuring Dior’s standards of luxury service are consistently met.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Retail teams, Counter Managers, Training, Marketing, and Retail Partners.

Job responsibilities

Day-to-Day Missions

Selling Dior (50%)

Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper
Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the entire client journey
Initiate contact with clients, welcome them, and proactively engage (traffic stopping)
Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions
Demonstrate products and deliver services with excellence
Propose complementary products and develop cross-selling
Communicate passionately about the brand and product universe

Client Experience & Management (25%)

Build long-term relationships with clients in-store and remotely
Recruit new clients through authentic and personalized interactions
Capture and update client data in CRM systems
Execute clienteling actions using Dior tools (Dior Connect, iPOS)

Counter Operations (25%)

Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied at all times
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Maintain cleanliness and visual excellence of the counter
Execute operational and administrative tasks
Build strong relationships with retail partners
Respect company policies, grooming standards, and procedures

Profile

Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is a plus

Christian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer. The House of Dior, founded in 1946, changed the face of ladies’ style forever when its New Look was unveiled in the halls of 30 Avenue Montaigne on February 12, 1947. The revolutionary look was accompanied by a fragrance, Miss Dior, the finishing touch designed to “leave a trail of desire in a woman’s wake”. This timeless perfume was the first fragrance created by a visionary brand which invented the concept of global beauty with its Rouge Dior and subsequent cosmetic lines.
