Your Impact:
Within the Commercial Sell-In team, the Intern Assistant supports the Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams in developing accurate market insights, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the Benelux region.
This role is crucial in strengthening Dior’s commercial strategy by supporting market analysis, loyalty programs, retail performance tracking, and trade follow-up. It offers a comprehensive introduction to the luxury sales environment and contributes directly to the growth of Parfums Christian Dior within the LVMH Group.
The holder of this position will work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM), Marketing teams, Training teams, Retail teams, Supply Chain, and European retailer contacts.
Day-to-Day Missions
Support the team in developing an accurate understanding of the market by tracking competitors’ trade activities at POS and digital level and analyzing market activations.
Support Key Account Managers in developing and monitoring Dior loyalty programs for retailers, ensuring alignment between BELUX and NL programs.
Update and optimize follow-up files, ensuring data accuracy and coherency with retail teams.
Prepare and update operational reports and presentations, including POS performance by category, e-retail performance, European retailer files, and BENELUX trade results.
Monitor and coordinate monthly selling tools to be sent to perfumeries, liaising with marketing departments and Supply Chain to validate samples and GWP data.
Develop communication supports for retail teams and ensure proper follow-up and information flow.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- First experience in buying, marketing, retail, or sales is a plus.
