Who are we?

PM Group is a leading, international Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 4000 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the Mission Critical / ICT, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and other sectors.

We now wish to recruit a Site Document Controler for a large construction project in Belgium.

This a fully site based position.

Support the Quality Manager on the construction project by managing the Document Management System (DMS) on a day-to-day basis and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process project documentation within the DMS in line with established procedures.
Provide assistance to Trade Partners and Package Managers with general document control queries.
Process and track Technical Submittals and RFIs.
Perform QA checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with all document control procedures and quality standards.
Liaise with Trade Partners and Package Managers regarding documentation requirements.
Maintain security and confidentiality of all project information.

A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in Document Control.
Previous experience in document control on construction projects is an advantage.
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
Good knowledge of English, Professional knowledge of French is a plus.
