Your responsibilities
Within our restaurant, you will help introduce our guests to authentic Chinese cuisine, prepared with passion, precision and respect for tradition.
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, with excellent mastery of wok cooking techniques.
Follow traditional recipes to ensure authentic flavours and consistently high quality.
Organise your workstation to ensure smooth, efficient and well-presented service.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
Manage stock and supplies to ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
Work closely with the entire kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Contribute to the development of new recipes and the continuous improvement of our culinary offering.
Your profile
You hold a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or a related field, or you have at least five years of experience in a similar position.
You have an excellent command of traditional Chinese cooking techniques, including wok cooking, steaming, deep-frying, grilling, knife skills and sauce preparation.
You have a strong knowledge of the ingredients, spices and culinary traditions that make Chinese cuisine unique.
You are organised, detail-oriented and committed to delivering consistently high-quality dishes.
You are adaptable and remain calm during busy service periods.
You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the kitchen.
You are willing to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays, which are key periods for our business.
