With the continued growth of the concept, we're looking for a full-time COO who will lead and further professionalise the operational side of the business across all existing and future hotels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate YUST’s vision into day-to-day operational excellence, scalable processes, strong financial results and a consistent guest experience across the portfolio.
This is a leadership role for a senior hospitality professional who combines strategic insight with hands-on operational know-how, and feels energised by scaling a distinctive hospitality concept across multiple locations and markets.

Multi-site Operations Leadership
You lead, coach and challenge the General Managers of YUST Antwerp, Liège and future locations, ensuring each property performs strongly while remaining aligned with one clear operational vision. You create structure, accountability and rhythm across the portfolio, while leaving enough room for local ownership and entrepreneurial thinking on the ground.
Operational Excellence & Standardisation
You continuously improve operational processes, standards and ways of working across Rooms, F&B, Events, maintenance, housekeeping and guest-facing services. You help build a scalable operating model that supports growth, improves efficiency and keeps quality levels consistently high across all sites.
Commercial & Financial Performance
You are accountable for translating budgets and business plans into operational action. Together with the General Managers, you drive performance on revenue, margins, payroll, productivity, guest satisfaction and cost control. You monitor KPIs closely, identify risks and opportunities early, and take corrective action where needed.
Guest Experience & Brand Consistency
You safeguard and elevate the YUST guest journey across every touchpoint. From stay experience to F&B and events, you ensure our concept is translated into a high-quality, distinctive and consistent experience that reflects the YUST DNA, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Growth, Openings & Integration
As YUST expands, you play a leading role in preparing and supporting new openings and in translating the concept into operational reality at each new location. You help define the operational setup, opening roadmap, staffing logic, training approach, service standards and handover into stable operations, ensuring new hotels are ready to perform from day one.
Cross-functional Alignment
You work closely with the CEO and colleagues across Finance, HR, Marketing and other support functions to ensure the right priorities, reporting, structures and decision-making are in place. You serve as the link between strategy and execution, making sure plans are translated into clear actions and measurable results.
GOT THE SKILLS?
We imagine you bring a solid mix of operational depth, leadership maturity and growth mindset. Preferably, you:
- have leadership experience in hospitality, ideally in a multi-site, group or portfolio setting;
- combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and know how to move fluently between big-picture planning and operational detail;
- have strong financial acumen and are comfortable steering budgets, forecasts, P&L performance and operational KPIs;
- understand how to scale operations across multiple properties without losing quality, culture or guest experience;
- have experience with openings, ramp-up phases, operational integration or concept roll-out across new locations;
- are a natural people leader who can coach, align, challenge and constructively inspire teams;
- bring a strong sense of structure, prioritisation and accountability in a fast-moving environment;
- communicate clearly and confidently with both operational teams and executive stakeholders;
- are fluent in English; Dutch, French and/or German are a strong plus.
