Position – Your future role at KOMONO
As we continue to grow our ambition and strengthen our position within the fashion eyewear industry, we're looking for a Junior Product Developer to join our Design team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution. You'll help transform ideas into products by coordinating developments, maintaining project momentum, and contributing to the creative process along the way.
Key Responsabilities
- Conduct research on trends, materials, colors, and consumer movements.
- Translate brand DNA and vision into relevant color and design proposals.
- Contribute to creative projects related to eyewear, packaging, accessories, and future product concepts.
- Drive product developments from concept to sample approval, ensuring projects move forward accurately and on time.
- Ensure the accuracy of product references, colorways, materials, measurements, and specifications.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners and proactively manage development timelines and quality expectations.
Who you are
- You have a strong interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture.
- You naturally keep an eye on emerging trends and Gen Z movements.
- You enjoy both creative and operational challenges.
- You enjoy bringing structure to complex projects.
- You are reliable, highly organized, and naturally follow through on details.
- You notice when a color reference is incorrect, but you're equally interested in why a trend is emerging.
- You are hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.
- You are comfortable working with Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with 3D software, product design, or visual design is a strong asset.
- You have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You are fluent in English.
