Job Summary

Internship agreement: Tripartite convention with the school
Location: Belgium
Starting date: Flexible
Duration: 6-months (flexible)

This internship offers an immersive experience within our Project Management Office (PMO) and Digital Team. You’ll gain valuable skills in project management, digital tools, and business processes, while actively contributing to impactful internal projects that shape our organisation.

Key Focus Areas

1. Internal Strategic Projects

Sustainability & Certification Projects
- Support our sustainability journey and help drive forward initiatives.
- Contribute to projects related to achieving and maintaining certifications (e.g., Ecovadis, ISO).
Webshop Implementation
- Assist in setting up new web-shops, including financial and logistical components.
- Once trained, lead the implementation of a web-shop independently in a subsequent phase.
Business Transformation
- Improve the usability and user experience of our SharePoint/Intranet platform.
- Coordinate and organise a comprehensive employee handbook with process manuals.
- Learn to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and understand our internal structure and workflows.

2. Learning & Development

Stakeholder Management
- Learn to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders.
- Gain real-world experience in aligning multiple perspectives to reach project goals.
Project Management
- Build core project management skills—meeting deadlines, tracking deliverables, and following procedures.
- Understand how projects function within a global organisational structure.
Digital Solutions
- Improve your technical and UX/UI skills with tools such as SharePoint, Magento (e-Commerce), and Odoo (ERP).
- Get hands-on experience in developing and rolling out digital platforms and solutions.

Have a solid foundation in project management principles.
Understand and contribute to sustainability and digital transformation efforts.
Develop hands-on skills with digital tools and platforms.
Be well-prepared for a future career in project and digital management within international environments.

Work Environment

Initial training & company immersion

Start your journey in our Belgium offices to get a full picture of our supply chain and processes.
Integrate into the PMO and Digital Team, gaining insight into company-wide operations.
Join a diverse, dynamic team and contribute to global initiatives.
