As Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project cell within the Internal Sales Team of the Panels division . In this role, you will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of business processes within internal sales, based on business requirements and best practices. You will work on a variety of improvement projects linked to SAP and our order-to-cash flow .
Your job responsibilities include:
- You will work closely with the different internal sales teams to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing current workflows, systems, and performance data.
- You will support testing activities, follow up on issues, and contribute to the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues from internal sales, supply chain and IT.
- You will analyze data from SAP and other tools to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for optimization. You will contribute to reporting initiatives and support the development of insights that help improve our way of working.
- You will write and maintain sales procedures, support training initiatives, and help ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools within the internal sales teams.
- Throughout all projects, you will monitor progress, follow up on action points, and contribute to achieving project milestones. By combining analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset, you will help shape more efficient processes and a better customer experience.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and ideally a first relevant experience in internal sales, planning, process improvement, or project support.
- You have experience with SAP (strongly preferred), or experience with another ERP system combined with a willingness to quickly build SAP expertise and are eager to deepen your knowledge of business processes and systems.
- You have a strong interest in sales and customer service and process optimization.
- You are comfortable working with data and have a good knowledge of Excel. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is an asset.
- You communicate easily with different stakeholders and are able to build constructive relationships across departments.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to support both project work and operational follow-up when needed.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently. Proficiency in French is a strong asset. #LI-LV3
