As our Growth Marketeer, you sit at the intersection of digital marketing and commercial intelligence. You run campaigns but that is just where it starts. You will learn to dig into our customer base, spot patterns and identify churn. You will grow into being as comfortable pulling a segment from a CRM as launching a Meta campaign. And when the data tells a story you do not yet understand, you go and find the missing chapter.
Think of it this way: this is not a role where you execute a checklist. It is a role where you build something from cold acquisition to customer-base activation. And you will have the space, the tools, and the team to make it happen. Based in Ostend, Belgium, with hybrid working up to 2 days from home.
Connect customer insight to commercial action: you analyse behaviour, needs, and signals across our customer base. You make sure every campaign, segment, or activation you run is grounded in what the customer actually wants.
Run performance campaigns across Google (SEO/SEA), Meta, and LinkedIn: hands-on, optimised, and ROI-driven. Cold acquisition is where you hit the ground running.
Be part of the full lead journey, from acquisition and nurturing to conversion, and grow into owning it. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation are your tools of the trade.
Dig deep into our customer base: segment, analyse behaviour, spot churn signals early, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Therefore you are using AI tools, CRM data, and your own commercial instinct.
Contribute to year plans that cover both new lead generation and existing customer activation across multiple European markets and grow into shaping them yourself.
Translate data into decisions: track and report on KPIs that go beyond traffic. From lead quality and conversion rates to customer retention, churn rate, and upsell revenue.
Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe and coordinate with external agencies to keep creative and strategic execution aligned.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve. Because good enough is never the finish line.
What success looks like
Within 30 days: you understand how we run our cold acquisition and Meta campaigns and you can run them independently based on go-to-market needs.
Within 60 days: you shift focus to the customer base. You analyse it, propose meaningful segments, identify churn risks, and present your first activation plan.
At 90 days: you build and propose a cross-sell/upsell framework (analytical and customer-led), start implementing churn activation actions, and land your first cross/upsell results
What you bring
You have a degree in commercial engineering, business analytics, or a related field or a first experience (including internships) that shows you can blend commercial thinking with data fluency. We care more about how you think than where you studied.
You are digitally savvy. Confident running campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn but your curiosity does not stop there. You use AI actively to analyse, segment, and act faster.
You understand the full picture: not just how to bring new leads in, but how to make the most of the customers already in our base. You connect campaigns to commercial outcomes and you know how CRM data makes that possible.
You are strongly analytical, data-driven, and action-oriented. AI is a tool you reach for naturally, not one you need convincing on. You read dashboards like stories and turn insights into concrete next steps.
You are curious and commercially minded: you do not just analyse the figures. When something does not add up, you ask questions, challenge assumptions.
You are at the start of your career. Ambition and curiosity will take you further than years on a CV.
You have an AI mindset. You naturally reach for smart tools to work faster and better, and you’re curious about what AI can do for digital marketing.
