We are looking for an Project Leader to lead and coordinate complex IT projects with a strong technical focus. The role combines project leadership, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and application lifecycle governance in a Microsoft-based environment. The consultant will be responsible for defining project scope, planning and coordinating delivery, ensuring technical quality through code reviews, managing risks, supervising production deployments, and maintaining delivered solutions. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge business and IT while working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Missions:
Lead the overall coordination of technically complex IT projects.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and required resources.
Prepare project specifications and technical documentation.
Plan, organize, monitor, and control project execution.
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Supervise application deployment, production rollout, and go-live activities.
Ensure the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of delivered applications and services.
Assess and guarantee the technical quality of project deliverables, including conducting code reviews.
Translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
Adapt to evolving project requirements and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Activities:
Coordinate developers, testers, analysts, and other technical contributors.
Motivate and guide technical teams to achieve project objectives.
Define project planning, milestones, priorities, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Monitor project quality and compliance with technical standards.
Manage the complete application lifecycle, including development, integration, maintenance, and support.
Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
Resolve technical and organizational issues impacting project delivery.
Facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
Produce clear reporting for management and project stakeholders.
Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout project execution.
Model business processes using UML, flowcharts, and BPMN.
Produce and maintain project and technical documentation.
Review source code and validate technical quality before production.
Supervise production releases and service implementation.
Ensure service continuity, application performance, and operational stability.
Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in responding to evolving project needs.

You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
