Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. The consultant will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous development of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Stabilization and post go-live evolution of the Service Cloud project.

Initiating Artificial Intelligence initiatives for Customer Care to automate client request processing.

Creating reports and maintaining Sales Cloud.

Analyzing business needs with functional teams.

Defining technical specifications.
-
Developing technical components and implementing user stories.
-
Maintaining necessary technical components.
-
Contributing to automation and AI initiatives (Agentforce) for Customer Care.

Participating in the optimization of reporting and operational dashboards.

Preparing and executing unit and integration tests.
-
Correcting anomalies identified during testing phases.
-
Managing incidents and writing technical documentation related to developments.
-
Managing releases.
