You will join as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Revenue & Go-To-Market, focused on transforming our internal operations. You will be at the forefront of using AI to solve complex business problems, optimize workflows with AI agents, design and build integrations for business scalability. This is a future-proof role where you will build innovative solutions and have a direct impact on how our business operates as a key part of a new, decentralized team of AI specialists.
- Design and implement AI solutions that solve real-world business problems within our Revenue & Go-To-Market teams.
- Collaborate directly with domain experts to deeply understand business challenges, workflows, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations to optimize our sales operations for scalability.
- Act as a key member of the broader cross-functional AI engineering team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns.
- Work closely with our central AI infrastructure engineers to build robust and scalable solutions.
- Pitch your own ideas and co-create the roadmap for AI adoption within your domain, helping us build the perfect solutions.
- Drive projects with a solution-oriented and outcome-focused mindset, ensuring technology delivers tangible business value.
You’ll be a key player in our Go-To-Market AI Team, a specialized team focused on bringing AI innovation directly to our commercial teams. While you'll be embedded within the Go-To-Market function, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Data, Insights & Systems team. This collaborative structure means you get to build exciting prototypes and proofs-of-concept, and then partner with our core technical teams to bring your validated, high-impact products to life at scale.

- Hands-on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building out new, AI-driven workflows in production.
- Proven business understanding and experience working in a business-facing role.
- A solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, focused on solving problems rather than just pure engineering craftsmanship.
- A hands-on and curious nature, with an interest in learning and understanding complex business processes.
- Fluent communication in English.
We welcome
- In depth expertise in sales technology - CRMs.
- Experience building on top of LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in a production context.
Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar.
