About The Role
Green Park Hotel Brugge ligt in een bosrijke omgeving net buiten de stad, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto via de E40, of met de bus of trein. Het hotel heeft zowel familiegerichte kwaliteiten als businessfaciliteiten. Er zijn vijf vergaderzalen, een verwarmd buitenzwembad, en een speeltuin voor kinderen. In de Brasserie en Bar "Be Twisted" kunnen zowel hotelgasten als bezoekers genieten van heerlijke gerechten.
Wat ga je doen? Je verwelkomt, bedient en adviseert gasten aan de bar. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en serveren van dranken, het eten in de keuken, het verzorgen van de mise-en-place, en het waarborgen van de netheid en hygiëne in de bar en keuken. Ook voer je kassawerkzaamheden uit en verwerk je bestellingen correct.
Wie ben jij? Je bent gastvrij, servicegericht en hebt een flair voor hospitality. Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om tussen verschillende taken te schakelen zijn jou op het lijf geschreven. Je werkt graag in teamverband, hebt oog voor detail en hygiëne en bent communicatief sterk. Ervaring in de bar, keuken en hospitality is een plus. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en bij voorkeur een extra taal (Frans). Ook ben je handig met digitale systemen en kassa’s.
