We’re looking for a motivated PMO Support Officer to join a dynamic, high‑security EU environment. If you enjoy keeping projects organised, supporting delivery teams, and working at the heart of European operations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

* Support project managers across the full project lifecycle

* Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations

* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions

* Maintain project logs (risks, issues, actions, quality)

* Analyse project data and provide insights

* Contribute to process improvements and project templates

* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

What You Bring

* 3+ years of PMO experience (public sector, defence, finance, or similar)

* Strong communication and writing skills

* Solid command of MS Office; familiarity with MS Project

* Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously

* Comfortable working with data (Excel, SharePoint)

* Understanding of IT project lifecycles

* Strong organisational and problem‑solving mindset

Nice to Have

* Prince2 or PM² certification

* Security‑related certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC)

Must‑Have Conditions

* Willingness to work primarily full time on‑site in Brussels

* EU SECRET clearance, or open to initiate request before start

* EU27 nationality
