Go Vocal is the community engagement platform that 600+ governments in 15+ countries use to involve residents in real decisions. Vienna runs on it. So do Salt Lake City, Copenhagen and Cape Town. We're a Series A company of about 50 people.
Here's where we are, honestly: the product works, customers renew and recommend us to other cities, and we still haven't found an acquisition channel that scales. Finding it is this job. You'll run the growth experiments that get us there, and you'll use AI to get through far more of them than a team our size normally could.

Growth experimentationYou are our growth marketing vertical, you own the qualified pipeline KPI, and you decide proactively what we test to meet targets and scale demand gen exponentially.

AI leverageWe're revisiting our funnel and nurturing system to make real use of automations, agents, and AI enrichment and personalization. You lead that work and turn it into growth workflows that are faster and better than what a bigger team could do by hand.

Campaigns and channel managementThought-leadership content distribution, GovTech partnerships, ABM, SEO and AI search visibility, paid ads (through our agency). Test them properly, find the right mix, and execute it to high standards.

Website ops as a growth surfaceCRO, A/B tests, technical SEO, the demo request flow. You edit pages yourself rather than filing tickets, and you let conversion data decide what gets built next.

MeasurementLeadership trusts and Sales actually uses your reporting. Refreshed automatically, not rebuilt by hand every Monday.

You are a growth marketeer, generalist by personality. Curious across the whole funnel.

You build with AI: n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, Clay/Apollo, your own scripts or agents. We'll ask to see what you've made.

You've shipped growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, build, launch, readout, decision.

You get things done through people who don't report to you: an agency on paid, a Brand team on content, Sales on follow-up.

You’re hands-on with the stack: a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), GA4, Ahrefs, a CMS like Webflow.

You work remotely in Europe (CET ± 2)

And you care about the work itself: civic engagement, public trust, governments that actually listen. If that sounds more interesting than marketing for whatever vertical pays best, we'll get along.
You might come from demand gen or digital marketing at a B2B startup, a growth role, a full-stack marketing seat at a small company, or an agency where you ran the whole digital mix for clients. The title on your CV matters less than what you've shipped. You don't need to tick every box. If the mission excites you and you bring the drive to ship, apply.
