Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves managing daily HR operations, participating in social consultation bodies, and leading operational HR projects within the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will ensure the effective management of HR activities in a constantly evolving IT and digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Guarantee the efficiency and continuity of operational HR processes;

Ensure compliance with social legislation and regulatory obligations;

Provide quality HR services to employees and managers;

Supervise and support the development of an HR assistant;

Actively participate in social consultation bodies (Enterprise Council, Prevention and Protection at Work Committee, and Trade Union Delegation);

Advise management on operational HR issues;

Lead or contribute to various HR projects, particularly in digitalization, time management, compensation, and social compliance;

Oversee external HR service providers and partners when necessary.
