Day & Night Receptionist

(40h/week)

Location: Catalonia Brussels, avenue du Haut Pont Nª2 1060 Saint Gilles
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (Day & Night)

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Receptionistto join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a warm welcome and a high-quality experience throughout their stay. This position includes both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handle reservations, phone calls, and emails
Provide information and assistance to guests during their stay
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure security and calm atmosphere during night shifts
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Profile

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Flexible and willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
Spanish speaking is a +
Basic computer skills (PMS SAP systems are a plus)
