Junior business analyst – process & operations (Graduate opportunity)

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and motivated graduate with an economics background and a passion for process improvement, digitalization and innovation.
Your role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will contribute to analyses and projects aimed at improving and streamlining processes across the organization. You will work on a broad variety of topics spanning multiple departments, with a strong focus on automation, digitalization, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Mapping current and future processes (as-is & to-be)
- Supporting the selection, implementation and optimization of digital tools and systems
- Contributing to automation and digitalization initiatives across departments - including the change management that comes with it.
You will work closely with colleagues across different teams and locations and report to the Operations Director.

Your profile
We’d love to meet you if you:
- Hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Logistics Management, etc.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships or student jobs are considered a plus.
- Have a broad interest in operations, process improvement and digitalization
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Take initiative and follow through on your work independently
- Are flexible, pragmatic and results-driven
- Have strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or scripting (Python, SQL) is a plus
- Communicate clearly and have solid reporting and presentation skills — you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Are fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset
- Are willing to travel occasionally for short business trips abroad
