We’re currently looking for a new team member within our HR team in Belgium.
As an HR Business Partner, you're the go-to person for employees across several business units within our organization. You play a pivotal role as the central point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction, development, and performance. Simultaneously, you'll be advising our people leaders and actively shaping our company culture. Keeping our employee records top-notch and making sure our HR processes work well are also part of your job.
You support the further development and ongoing international roll-out of our HRIS system, HiBob, working closely with another HR colleague, while playing a key role in strengthening our digital HR landscape and providing day-to-day support to (HR) partners in our international offices and key users. As the main point of contact for HRIS-related questions, you ensure efficient system usage, translate business needs into practical solutions, and continuously improve our HR processes through digital tools.
You also take ownership of a variety of HR projects, driving them independently from start to finish and making sure they actually land. This means you set up and roll out initiatives across different HR topics such as onboarding, retention, policies, salary transparency and mobility budgets, always with a clear focus on what works in practice.
