The Operations Director plays a critical role in supporting how the full portfolio performs across channels, shoppers, and customers in the market. The role partners closely with Marketing, RGM, Commercial teams, and the bottler to help shape integrated channel and portfolio activation plans that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
This position supports the development and execution of multibrand activation platforms, ensuring choices are grounded in insights, analytics, and strong financial discipline. The role contributes to local commercial planning, supporting the LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy and commercial teams to ensure plans are connected, integrated, and aligned.
The Director brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and collaboration capability to elevate channel and portfolio execution and ensure plans land effectively across the system.
Support Channel & Portfolio Strategy and Activation
Support the design and deployment of multi-brand activation platforms, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, global assets, and sustainability or packaging priorities.
Support Local Commercial LRP/ABP Planning
Support the Commercial LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy, providing portfolio, channel, and activation inputs rooted in insights and financial discipline.
Help ensure coordination and alignment across Marketing, RGM, Commercial, bottler, and OU teams for consistent and connected plans.
Enable Insight Led Decision Making & Activation Performance
Leverage data, insights, analytics, and financial analysis to support strong investment choices and portfolio decisions.
Track performance of portfolio and activation initiatives, helping drive improved ROI, NSR contribution, and channel execution.
Strengthen System Integration & Capability Building
Experience & Capabilities
Strong strategic and analytical thinker with experience in portfolio strategy, channel activation, shopper or customer marketing, or Revenue Growth Management.
