About the Role
Alivira is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead and manage the Human Resources function across its Turkish operations in Ankara .
This position is a member of the local leadership team and plays a critical role in supporting business performance through effective people and organizational management.
The HRBP will oversee HR activities for both white- and blue-collar population and will work in close collaboration with both local (factory) management and Corporate HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR lead and strategic business partner for Alivira’s operations in Ankara.
- Define, implement and execute the local HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and Corporate HR policies
- Ensure consistent and high-quality HR support for both white- and blue-collar employees including monitoring HR KPI’s.
- Manage employee relations and labour relations, including preparation and execution of union negotiations within the manufacturing environment
- Drive talent acquisition by managing recruitment end-to-end and developing talent pipelines through CV Warehouse.
- Oversee compensation and benefits management, ensuring compliance, internal consistency and continuous improvement
- Lead, coach and develop the local HR team, with direct responsibility for 1 Senior HR Officer in Istanbul.
- Ensure compliance with Turkish labour legislation and internal policies
- Contribute to and support Corporate HR initiatives and international HR projects, ensuring effective local implementation
- Act as the primary HR interface towards Corporate HR, with functional reporting at group level
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with unionized workforces and labour negotiations
- Solid knowledge of Turkish labour law and HR best practices
- Experience working within an international and fast-growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team
- Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior management
- Ability to combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational involvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Ankara
