About Kawai Poké Bowl
Kawai Poké Bowl is a fast-growing Belgian food chain with ambitious expansion plans. Following the success of our first location, we are building the financial structure and systems needed to support multiple locations and long-term growth.
We are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller / Management Accountant who can help us strengthen our financial reporting, cost control and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor financial records and accounting data
- Support VAT filings and financial administration
- Prepare monthly management reports and profit & loss statements
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reporting
- Monitor food costs, labour costs and operational performance
- Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Support inventory and cost control processes
- Assist with bank reporting, financing applications and expansion projects
- Work directly with management to improve profitability and financial visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Accounting or Finance
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Experience preparing management reports and financial analyses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English required
- Experience in hospitality, retail or multi-location businesses is a plus
- Power BI experience is a plus
