We are looking for a Performance Management Analyst to join the team at our corporate office in Brussels, Belgium.
In this role, you will help define and monitor performance across our corporate offices. Your work will have a direct impact on further improving the services that support Eurofins laboratories worldwide.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will work on continuous improvement projects to advance performance excellence across the organisation. You will:
Define performance measurement processes.
Help define and implement KPIs that measure the cost efficiency, quality, and timeliness of corporate offices.
Design reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with clear visibility on performance and business outcomes.
Establish audit processes to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
Leverage data and process analysis to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Conduct root cause analyses to address performance challenges and support sustainable corrective actions.
Partner closely with IT and digital transformation teams to develop and enhance tools, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation to drive improvements and support business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
Education: Recently graduated with a master’s degree from a top science, engineering or management university.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written). Additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel. Power BI is desirable. Proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting tools.
Personal Skills: Strong problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, strong analytical skills, curious and detail-oriented, conceptual thinking skills.
