Job Description:
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager within the Healthcare department, you will be responsible for monitoring business performance, optimizing workforce management, and leading strategic projects. Your role will involve analyzing data, processes, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting digital transformation—including AI initiatives—and facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Business Monitoring & Workforce Support:

Develop, maintain, and present KPIs and comprehensive reports (using tools like Power BI) to provide actionable insights.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Create and refine workforce forecasting models to ensure optimal staffing levels, anticipate future needs, and uphold service quality.

Provide ongoing support and solutions to colleagues and business users, ensuring adherence to departmental rules and procedures.
Project Management & Digital Innovation:

Lead a diverse portfolio of projects, from quick-win initiatives to long-term strategic implementations, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Gather and analyze user requirements, proposing innovative solutions such as AI applications (e.g., augmented agents for call centers).

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in.

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and smooth transition of outputs.
Cross-Functional Coordination & IT Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact between the business, IT, and other stakeholders for strategic projects.

Identify automation and digitalization opportunities within healthcare processes.

Support the development, testing, and deployment of new applications or system modifications, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.

Manage project communications, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues to all relevant parties.
What you’ll bring:

3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, with experience in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred.

Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and visualization skills, with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.

Proven track record of managing projects using established methodologies.

Knowledge of workforce management principles; experience with forecasting models is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management effectively.
