Our Professional Services (PS) team turns that intelligence into impact. As a key customer-facing function, PS delivers this intelligence layer and connects TechWolf with the world’s most powerful HR platforms and enterprise systems, ensuring customers successfully embed our data into their infrastructure and drive transformation at scale.
As an AI Implementation Consultant, you turn this from promise into production. You design, build, educate, and drive the implementation of TechWolf’s AI engine in some of the most complex enterprise environments, working directly with some of the world's largest enterprises and most recognized brands. You sit at the intersection of data, AI, systems and workforce transformation - embedding cutting-edge intelligence directly into the systems that shape how organizations work.
What you'll do:

Own end-to-end implementation: Own the technical success of customer implementations, from architecture design through to production rollout.

Integrate into the enterprise ecosystem: Connect TechWolf to core enterprise systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Crunchr, Visier, as well as collaboration tools like Jira, MS Teams, and Slack.

Drive AI-readiness: Guide customers in becoming “AI-ready” by helping customers assess and improve their data quality, governance, and adoption foundations.

Enable and educate the customer's team: Educate technical and business stakeholders on our data and the AI behind TechWolf, making the complex simple and actionable.

Bring the field back into the product: what you see at customers shapes what we build next. Feed insights, friction points, and unmet needs back to our product and engineering teams, so the next engagement starts sharper than the last.

Operate AI-first: Use AI-first ways of working (internal agents, Claude Code, and beyond) as your real leverage; compress knowledge work from days to hours; ship with creative range traditional consulting can't match.
Who you are:

Experience in enterprise software implementation, integrations, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, from early-career (2+ years) through senior professionals.

Comfortable working with data, integrations and complex system landscapes. You can navigate messy customer environments and translate them into clean, scalable solutions.

Strong at structured problem-solving. You enjoy getting to the root cause of technical challenges and finding creative ways to make solutions work within each customer's unique ecosystem.

Collaborative by nature. You can work effectively across customers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and maintaining momentum in fast-moving environments.

Excited about the potential of AI, both in the products you implement and in how you work. You already use AI tools to accelerate your own work or you're eager to make AI-first ways of working a core part of your toolkit.

Based in Belgium and willing to work from our Ghent office at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel for customer engagements.
