We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of advanced Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions for complex business environments.
You will work on real-world AI systems from experimentation and prototyping to production deployment, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability and business impact.
What you will be working on
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and AI agents for complex enterprise use cases.
- Build Agentic AI architectures capable of reasoning, orchestrating tasks, using tools and interacting with enterprise systems.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions combining LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and enterprise data.
- Design advanced NLP pipelines, including semantic search, document classification, entity extraction, intent detection and information retrieval.
- Work on AI-assisted code and data transformation, including parsing, dependency analysis, automated code generation, validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and optimize solutions using both open-source and commercial LLMs, including models such as Llama, Mistral and GPT.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning and model optimization techniques to improve AI system performance.
- Build AI-powered validation and evaluation workflows using automated testing, quality metrics and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Contribute to Computer Vision projects, including image classification, object detection and visual recognition.
- Design scalable APIs and AI services and integrate them into existing client environments.
- Containerize, deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, business stakeholders and client teams to transform business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and define technical best practices for AI projects.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's AI capabilities.
What we are looking for
You have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience building RAG systems and AI agents.
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of NLP and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Experience with frameworks and technologies such as:
PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, Sentence Transformers, FastAPI
- Experience working with vector databases such as Qdrant or equivalent technologies.
- Experience deploying AI applications using:
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Experience with cloud AI environments such as:
GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, or equivalent AWS / Azure services.
- Experience designing and exposing production-ready AI services through APIs.
- Good understanding of MLOps, including experiment tracking, model deployment, monitoring and automated pipelines.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
